1.5oz Blended Scotch
.75oz Cahoots Hibiscus
.75oz fresh Lemon Juice
3 slices of fresh Ginger
.25oz Islay Single Malt (optional, adds a nice smokiness to the drink)
Muddle ginger in cocktail shaker, then add the other ingredients and hard shake. Double strain contents into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with lemon peel.
